Join us for a morning of birding and exploration in support of our scholarship fund!

ASLA Georgia has partnered with Birds Georgia to host a guided walk through the beautiful grounds of Polo Golf & Country Club in Cumming, Georgia. With its mix of habitats that provide shelter, water, and food, the course attracts a wide variety of bird species—especially during migration season—making it an exciting spot for birdwatchers of all levels.

This program is ideal for beginning birders as well as those seeking a relaxed stroll on gentle terrain. Please come prepared for the weather and for walking on unpaved, uneven trails. We encourage participants to bring water, field guides, and binoculars—but don’t worry if you don’t have a pair, we’ll have some to share so everyone can join in the fun. Once the walk begins, all participants must remain with the group for the duration of the program.

Space is limited to 30 participants, and each guest will receive a special takeaway at the end of the walk.
