Landscape Designer firm seeks experienced designer for residential projects.

Responsibilities include:

· Designing and drafting residential landscape plans, including hardscapes, planting plans, drainage plans, outdoor lighting

· Consulting with clients throughout the design process

· Conducting site visits to collect baseline measurements

· Preparation of site plans for permit applications

The successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

· 2-5 years experience in landscape design

· Hardscape construction knowledge

· Horticultural experience and knowledge of native plants

· Ability to work independently

· Self-motivated and organized

· Good command of AutoCAD and Adobe CS programs (Photoshop, InDesign, ...).

· Ability to produce hand-drawn design

· Excellent phone and communication skills

· Professional appearance and conduct

· Clean driving record
